Overview
At Funded Ocean, we strive to ensure every trader is satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for challenge purchases made through our platform at fundedocean.com.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a full refund of your challenge purchase fee if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of your purchase
- No trades have been placed or executed on the challenge account
- The challenge account has not been breached or violated
- You have not previously received a refund for the same account type within the last 30 days
Refund requests that meet all eligibility criteria will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase
- Any trade has been placed or is currently open on the challenge account
- The challenge account has been breached due to rule violations
- The account was terminated due to prohibited activities or Terms of Service violations
- The purchase was made using a promotional code, coupon, or special offer (unless otherwise stated)
- A chargeback has been initiated with your payment provider
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Funded Ocean account at app.fundedocean.com
- Navigate to your dashboard and open a support ticket under the “Refund Request” category
- Include your order number, account email, and the reason for your refund request
- Alternatively, email us directly at support@fundedocean.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
Processing Time
Approved refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3–5 business days after processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original purchase.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your Funded Ocean account
- Forfeit any pending payouts or profits
- Permanently ban you from our platform
- Report the fraudulent chargeback to relevant authorities and fraud prevention databases
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
Free Retries
Certain challenge plans include free retries. If you fail a challenge on an eligible plan, you may receive a new challenge account at no additional cost, subject to the specific plan terms. Free retries are not refundable and have no cash value.
Modifications to This Policy
Funded Ocean reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
